The Lord has been so faithful to me even when I wasn't faithful to him. He has forgiven me more times than I can count. He loved me so much even when I wasn't very loving towards him. Sometimes I wonder how he can even want to call me friend, let alone his child. I am eternally grateful for his goodness to me, for his mercy, for so many second chances. I love this song because I am so grateful for a God who has given himeslf to me. And I gratefully receive him and ask him to continue transforming me into who he created me to be. I want to dedicate this song to every energy worker in Wisconsin. The city workers I salute each and everyone of y'all. Y'all some real soldiers. I had to send my baby away so he would be safe. I stayed back to man the fort. So did some of my neighbors .I saw them sending their babies away too. I had no power for 48 hours. And even with my 13 outfits on, I almost froze to death last night. I felt myself slipping away. Thank you and I thank God for giving y'all strength to do a very difficult job that y'all are still fighting. I was thinking what would be nice thank you for the city workers. And my crazy idea was to buy a few pairs of thick socks and start passing them out to the city workers. I mean we all need socks. But they need them very much especially on days like this. They can never have enough socks. They are out there longer trying to help us. It was just a thought.
